Service Description
Ashwood Children's Center cares not only for children and their families but also for its staff! Pathways Psychotherapy are privileged to partner with your employer to bring you our easily accessible, confidential one-on-one counselling services. Without GP referrals and at no cost to you. * Thanks to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) arranged between your employer and us, you and your immediate family members now have unlimited confidential counselling support, right when it's needed. In person or online. Simply follow the link, and book a time most suitable to you. Pathways Psychotherapy is committed to prioritising your needs and aims to offer you an appointment within the next 73 hours (3 days). If there are no availabilities within the next 3 days, please add your name to the waitlist and our management will make special arrangements for you right away. Our offices are located at 231b High Street, Ashburton (above Friend Pharmacy) with entry and parking on Marquis Street. We are also able to offer telehealth sessions which you can take from any smart phone or computer. Please ensure you can arrange for some privacy.
Cancellation Policy
* EAP Terms & Conditions: 1. Counselling Fees will be covered by your employer automatically. No paperwork or bills for you. 2. Our EAP services follow a short-term, solution focused therapeutic model. 2. We appreciate your punctuality for the benefit of our counsellors and other clients booked after you. 3. Please note that repeated last-minute cancellations (within 24h of appointment time) may attract a $30 cancellation fee to be covered by you rather than your employer. 4. We take your privacy seriously. This means your name, appointment time, number of appointments, or presenting concern WILL NOT be disclosed to your employer. 5. You will be provided with a Confidentiality & Privacy Statement prior to your first session. 6. We protect your rights. Our counselling services are not intended for employment assessment and cannot be used for staff performance or disciplinary outcomes. 7. Immediate family is defined as partners, spouses and dependent children. 8. Please also see our standard Terms & Conditions and FAQs, etc on our website.
