get to know JANE

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist offering a safe, supportive space for individuals, seeking understanding, healing and meaningful change. I primarily work

with women, men and young people (18 +) who are experiencing difficulties related to trauma, grief, attachment, interpersonal relationships and significant life changes.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I understand that the experience of loss, trauma or relational pain can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and unsure of themselves. Together we work at a pace that feels right

for you, gently exploring your experiences and strengthening your capacity for connection, resilience and self-understanding.

During my years as a registered nurse, I worked extensively with young people, the elderly and people with chronic health conditions which supports and deepens my current practice.

I aim to help clients to feel seen, heard, and supported as they move toward greater emotional balance and a more fulfilling relationship with themselves and others.

I am a registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor (ACA and PACFA) with a background in Nursing.

My formal qualifications are:

Masters of Counselling & Psychotherapy - Australian College of Applied Professions
Graduate Certificate of Diabetes Education - Deakin University

Bachelor of Nursing - Latrobe University

Diploma of Applied Science (Nursing) - Latrobe University

Integrative Attachment Therapy - IAT Melbourne

Tree of Life Workshop Facilitator - Sydney Center for Creative Change
