Service Description

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email containing your secure link. Simply click at the appointed time to see and speak your therapist. We recommend use of a PC or laptop but the service will also work with current smart phones. Please ensure you have a quiet & private environment. We recommend headphones. Please note, a booking fee of $30 is payable immediately and will be credited against your full fee payable on the day. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment. Please note, this discounted fee is available to current holders of a Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card or DVA Card. Alternatively select the regular single session fee ($150) please.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please provide us with no less than 24h notice. Please note that for cancellation or rescheduled appointments within 24h of the appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.
